2) Chalet located at Mablethorpe Chalet Park on LINCOLNSHIRE Coast - a Bronze Grade "Bermuda" style 4 berth unit with 2 bedrooms, Living/Dining area, Galley Kitchen, Toilet and Shower Room. (Most Pets are Allowed*)

3) A Second Chalet located at Mablethorpe Chalet Park on LINCOLNSHIRE Coast - a Silver Grade "Bermuda" style 4 berth unit with 2 bedrooms, Living/Dining Area, Galley Kitchen, Toilet and Shower Room (Pets NOT Allowed). This chalet has slightly less interior space due to extra built in storage in kitchen and main bedroom. Has full size cooker hob but not a full size oven (Microwave and Mini Radiant Oven installed).

Important Notes:-
a) All holiday homes have full inventory in kitchen, gas or electric heating in living/dining area and some bedrooms. Duvets & Pillows are Supplied but NOT linen (you will need to bring your own Duvet Covers, Sheets, Pillowcases, Towels & Teatowels).
b) Electricity and gas is included in hire charge for the caravans. The Chalets are all electric and this is supplied by £1 meter at a subsidised rate.
c) Entertainment passes are not included (unless otherwise stated), these can be obtained for a nominal cost from the parks reception.
d) The chalet park does not have a swimming pool complex. The entertainment hall, games room, bars, café, amusements etc. are all operated by local family businesses. NO passes are required for entertainment or other facilities. The chalet park is privately owned and run and very spacious with various play areas for young children and an enclosed sports area for older children and adults.
e) In the "pet friendly" units *certain breeds of dogs are not allowed on the park (dangerous breed category).
f) All bookings subject to the terms and conditions as applicable for each particular unit as detailed on each individual website.
